We also have another group that helps support new members. If you're having difficulties of a technical nature, or questions, you can also try
our Support Group for help from our friendly Admins & site members!
As well we have the Temple FAQ there and a list of easy to follow steps if you're encountering a bug or tech problems on the site.
Hey there, we have a tutorial for that here - http://www.templeilluminatus.com/group/support/forum/topics/how-to-...
Hope it helps, if you're still having trouble don't hesitate to ask.
I'm still having issues loading pictures. I followed the instructions on the tutorial for uploading a pic from my computer and when I get to the point after I have selected the picture I want to use the little wheel to the side keeps going and going and never moves to the next step. Any ideas why this would happen and what I can do?
Thanks and blessed be!
It could be that you don't have a current update flash player, which is required for uploading pictures the default way. If you go to upload photos you'll see it has a second option to use a basic uploader instead of the flash uploader, you may want to try that instead.
You can also update your flash player here: get it here now. - and see if that helps.
Not sure what else may be the issue. Let me know how it goes.
I think I may have discovered the problem. I went to the support group page and saw that IE 9 is not currently supported on the site. Could this be the reason I am having problems with pictures?
Thanks and blessed be
Might be an idea to update this. It is a good idea isn't it Tami?
Basically it just means trawling through and adding bits of information as we go on. Computers move on so fast don't they?
I reckon things like mentioning good servers such as Firefox etc., or free anti-virus advice and so on?
Dropping groups like this one in here too, will help communication/help stay fresh.
Tami--I'm glad we met :-)
I was going to switch to Firefox.....until I realized I'd have to start from scratch, seeing up my laptop how I like it.......it takes me a long time to figure it out.
Tami, sometimes it's your internet company, not the laptop. Do what I did....watch youtube until you find a solution that actually works.♥
