Amethyst-Infused Lavender Mojito

Unwind your mind, body and soul and reduce everyday stress with this crystal-infused cocktail. When the clock strikes 5pm, pour yourself a glass of crystal magic!

makes 1 serving
Ingredients:

  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp. lavender simple syrup (To make 6-8 servings of this, you’ll need: 1 cup sugar, 2 cups water and 4 tbsp. dried lavender for cooking)
  • 1/2 lime freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup of club soda or sparkling water
  • ice
  • a handful of amethyst stones
  • Optional: 1 shot white rum

For Lavender simple syrup: In a medium saucepan, bring sugar, water, and dried lavender to a boil over medium high heat stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes. Then reduce heat and let simmer for another 15-20 minutes. Strain the simple syrup into a fine mesh strainer to remove excess lavender. Store in a jar or airtight container.

For the Amethyst-Infused Lavender Mojito: In an ice tray, place an amethyst crystal in each individual slot, cover with water, and freeze. Add mint leaves, lavender simple syrup, lime juice and regular ice in a cocktail shaker and shake. Pour contents into a Mason jar and top with club soda. Add amethyst infused ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves. The amethyst crystal energy will bring good into your life and mitigate negativity. The lavender is beneficial for reducing nervous tension and relieving stress. Drink up!

Sparkling Citrine Citrus Cooler

makes 4 servings
Ingredients:

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (we recommend using blood oranges for a more intense flavor and burst of color)
  • 2 tbsp. (or to taste) ginger simple syrup
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 tsp. freshly sliced ginger
  • Ice cubes
  • Sparkling water to top
  • a handful of citrine stones
  • Optional: 2 shots bourbon

For ginger simple syrup: In a medium saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil over medium-high heat, and then reduce to simmer. Let simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until reduced to about 1/2 cup. Remove from heat and stir in ginger. Let steep for 20 minutes, or until cool before straining through a fine mesh strainer to remove the ginger. Store in an airtight container for up to one week

For Sparkling Citrine Citrus CoolerCombine freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, orange juice, ginger simple syrup, and bourbon (if being used) into a pitcher and mix well. Stir in citrine stones. Top with sparkling water, and ice cubes. Coat the rim of two glasses with pink grapefruit sugar, or regular sugar and divide equally into the four glasses.
