I agree with Tami. I've always known you were Heteroflexible dear Marcie lol. Way ahead of you lol. Even though I'm asexual, I'm under the umbrella term of pansexual as well.

I think a lot of us could fit into many different categories, we just choose not to be boxed in. That's the way I see it. Just like my spiritual practice is not defined by one label or box. Being boxed in with titles just seems very limiting and boring in my mind.

Thanks for the link.  

I just am curious about one thing - and I see there are several pages of comments and dialogue but is asexuality something you are born with such as being gay or can you change over time?  Is it possible that if you started one way and then changed it's possibly because you've experienced something (or someone) who has tainted your opinions on sex?  In other words could it be psychological?

Hi Kat! On the website, it talks about that, and so I'll give you the short version. Asexuality is both, it's an orientation and an identity, such as in the case of abuse which let to sex repulsion. 

It's also an orientation such as being gay. Both are legitimate and there are many many forms of asexuality. You'll be amazed lol.
