For the strict cold should be very good. Heat.

My favoite's for a cold is hot lemon/ginger tea, sometimes with some turmeric in it.  Sometimes I just do a double tea bag one of each...Twinings, of course....one of the better brands.

I drink a lot of lemonbalm tea along with other herbs for relaxarion.  Thanks for posting this Linda!

Twinings has a Lemon Delight tea that has lemonbalm in it.(we put in orders every few months)It's refreshing, I've always wanted to do it iced....I just haven't gotten around to it.
