Bruce Rosenbaum’s house is filled with quirky items, but here are some of his favorites:
The 1880s stove inside a carved wooden mantel
A printer’s desk with four stools, refitted with a quartz top and reused as a kitchen island.
A late-1800s Victorian pump organ retrofitted to an office work station, complete with a three-monitor display, a webcam housed inside an old Brownie camera, a keyboard monitor with copper and typewriter keys, an embedded scanner - and even a decorative, retro-Victorian USB flash drive.
A 19th-century, cast-iron, wood-burning cook stove, refitted with a 21st-century cooktop.
An 1880s stove inside a carved wooden mantel. The stove front swings open to provide access to an entertainment center, while the mantel is embedded with a flat-screen TV.
