Welcome

The world we live in is in such fast pace often we are forced to hide and bottle the way we feel. It causes anger outbursts, it causes people being hurt and it causes trauma.

Many of us have experienced painful events in our lives that left us scarred deep inside. With an invisible pain no one knows anything about. On the outside seem perfectly fine and on the inside bleeding to death.

Shields and walls all around our hearts, masks on the face only to hide and protect that child inside, the little bit of whats left of ourselves after the world smashed it.

We all have pains and hurts most of us never talk about it, because we dont want to burdain others with our pain, we already feel like we are too much for people. Also when we do people dont understand and judge us and give the usual:

" You should go out more" and " its just in your head"

This is a safe space where we can ask for help and share what worked for us. So our pain is shared and we help others to soften theirs.

Here you can be yourself and you will not be judged, you can come for help or just to rant and get anything off your chest.

namaste Charles; to add to Lilly, and Tegwedd - when i was suicidally depressed, there seemed to be no consolation. Before and after that period I can take seriously a prescription like "I consciously commune with the divine substance of love, I am enfolded in its presence and consumed by its beauty". But during the depression I could not relate, could not take it seriously for myself. Universal love IS there for you. Psychology, pharmacology and spirituality are all deeply related ... remember this if it helps. X O

Yes, Charles, the meds are not enough.  You must work on yourself, and it is a daily struggle.  That's what talk therapy is for.  There are different therapies that involve talking, such as CBT, or Cognitive Behavior Therapy.  There is also art therapy that requires no talking, unless you're the type who talks while he paints. And you should keep a diary or journal.  I have kept a diary since I was 14 years old.  I'm 2 months away from my 72nd birthday, so do the math.  I keep it for other reasons besides therapy, because I'm also a writer.  The point of this comment is, meds are NEVER enough.  They aren't meant to be. You HAVE to work on yourself.

CLINICAL DEPRESSION

aka

MAJOR DEPRESSION

No cure, just meds. For life.

Sometimes the meds don't work, or they are not enough.

Some days are a battle....it comes out of nowhere, no triggers....it's just there. Sometimes a little weed helps, sometimes it's just a temporary distraction.

Only those that suffer from depression really know what it's like.

I'm sure you go to a lot of trouble to present these videos, but they are useless to me.  My SO's screaming at the jesoid hackers them nearly inaudible to me.
