The past couple of days have been a little weird for me.  Not weird in a normal way, but weird in a way that I am still trying to understand.  Allow me to explain.

The other day, I was in a heated debate with a friend about the way our lives have gone.  He has chosen to conform to what society wants him to  be, while I still follow my passions and joys, while maintaining my duties to my family.  While the argument ended a friendship, I did not loose any sleep over the matter, know that this was bound to happen.  When I was alone, and driving home from work, I heard this voice speak to me.  This is what I heard:

"I have watched many decide to change their paths, to accept what was before them as a way of peace. I do not follow them, for it brings nothing but pain.  I continue to follow my path and my ways.  This brings me joy and knowing that I am free in a way others do not understand.  Those that still walk with you, are your friends."

This somehow brought me some small amount of peace.  I spent the next day visiting those I knew were still close to me and there was peace to my soul.  Then while I was sitting down watching tv the other night, I saw the image of a lion get up from infront of me and walk away.  This image was the same style as I see my totem spirtis, the Buffalo, the Hawk, and the Wolf, and outline, but the features were unmistakable.  I wonder if I have acquired a new Totem animal because of this sighting.

Then today, I don't quite know what to make of what I saw.  I was mowing my yard listening to some music when before my eyes, my vision shifted.  I saw a mountain plateau and sitting next to me was Crazy Horse.  He turned to me and smiled and the vision passed.  I tried to explain this as reading about Crazy Horse and my mind created a vision for me while I was working.  But something about this does not seem right.  I have never questioned a vision, but this one makes me wonder what is going on.
