• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cup coffee
• ¼ cup ice cubes
• ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 tablespoon sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 

Dissolve gelatin powder in hot water. Pour the coffee and gelatin mixture into a small tray or square dish and mix well.

Step 2

Put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until the coffee jelly is set.

For making ice coffee pour cooled coffee, heavy whipping cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and ice cubes into the blender and mix well.
