You guys will love this chocolate pie. Just remember you need to whip it a really long time. I use a chocolate crumb crust with this, but a regular crumb is good too.
3 OZ. UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE
3/4 CUP BUTTER(NO SUBSTITUTES)
1 CUP SUGAR
1 1/2 TSP VANILLA
Cream butter, add sugar gradually, beat until light and fluffy. Melt chocolate. Blend in chocolate and vanilla.
Add eggs one at a time. Beat five full minutes for each egg. Pour into the pie shell, cool for two hours.
Top with whipped cream
*We sometimes add drizzled chocolate, choc ants or peanut butter cups(broken up)
