You will need:

1 Cup Butter(room temperature and no substitutes)

1 Cup Brown Sugar(we prefer the dark, it makes it richer)

1 Cup Peanut Butter

8oz Whipped Topping

Now, make your graham cracker crust, or buy one.  I just follow the package instructions.  No worries, it will be my next discussion. 

Now, whip the room temperature butter until it is fluffy.

Add one cup of brown sugar and keep whipping.  When blended well and not gritty add 1 cup of peanut butter.  You guessed it, keep mixing.

When everything is nice and mixed, add 8oz of whipped topping and mix until blended.  Put the whole thing into the pie crust and chill,

This sets up really fast.

*I sometimes add chocolate ants or a small sprinkling of hot chocolate mix to the top.

**Serve in small wedges, this is really rich.

I so want this

It's a really easy recipe, just long beating times.  It's why I put in the brown sugar first.  By the time everything is blended, the brown sugar is not gritty.  And the pie sets up quickly, in an hour or so it's ready.

It's a REALLY GOOD recipe.  I'll find my French Silk pie recipe, you'll love that one too.  It's easy, it's just, long beating times, like this one.

It reminded me of mousse or fluff..I'm so stuffed now..

Never heard of dark brown sugar before. Always learning something new. Thanks. Mmm, peanut butter pie

It has a bunch of molasses ...

Mystic it has a richer flavor.  They have dark Karo syrup(golden syrup)too, I now use it for my peanut brittle.  Both hive a much richer flavor.
