Sunset Daiquiri

Ingredients

• 1 cup frozen pineapple
• 1½ cups ice, divided
• 6 tablespoons rum, divided
• 6 tablespoons agave, divided
• 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice, divided
• 1 cup frozen mango
• 1 cup frozen strawberries
• Fresh strawberries, for garnishing

How to Make It

Step 1
Combine frozen pineapple, ½ cup ice, 2 tablespoons rum, 2 tablespoons agave, and 1 tablespoon lime juice in a blender and process until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and place in the freezer.

 

Step 2
Blend frozen mango, ½ cup ice, 2 tablespoons rum, 2 tablespoons agave, and 1 tablespoon lime juice until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and place in the freezer.

 

Step 3
Blend frozen strawberries, ½ cup ice, 2 tablespoons rum, 2 tablespoons agave, and 1 tablespoon lime juice until smooth.

 

Step 4
To build drinks, pour a layer of frozen pineapple mixture into glasses, followed by a frozen strawberry layer and a frozen mango layer. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
