2 Tablespoons Butterfly Pea
1 1/2 Cup Boiling Water
2-5 Drops Liquid Stevia
2 Tablespoons Coconut Cream
Ice (to serve)
Steep loose tea in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Strain the tea, and add to a sealed container. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
When ready to serve, stir the stevia into the tea. Divide the tea into two, ice filled glasses.
