Yes, mass is just energy that has been slowed way down and then shaped into form by consciousness! In my opinion there are really only two elements that make up the entire Universe, or even multiverse for that matter, energy and consciousness. At some point I might have to add dark energy to that equation but I don't know enough about dark energy and whether or not it's a separate element from energy or not. I have an open mind, convince me!
