I'm the creator of Temple Illuminatus, and I just wanted to take a moment to encourage our new incoming members to reach out and introduce themselves.
It doesn't have to be a brilliant essay all about you, it can just be a simple sentence saying hello and giving people a heads up that there's a new person on board.
I encourage you to take time to get to know one another, welcome new members, make connections and friends.
When in doubt, reach out! Don't be shy!
We want to get to know you.
If you'd like to know more about me, feel free to read my profile, and feel free to ask any questions you have about me and about the site.
I agree that there is no correct path to the Source. I used to have a bumper sticker on my old truck that said "God is too big to fit in any one religion."
I noticed on your profile that you're from Chicago and that you like tattoos. I've attached a pic of a tattoo that I designed and drew up myself that reflects my cultural heritage, which is Lithuanian (and which you may be familiar with, living in Chicago). The snake is the Serpent King from a very well-known Lithuanian folk tale. And the plant is rue, which is the national plant of Lithuania.
The church is the human body, and the soul is the spirit needing purification to become a 'Holy Spirit' and for the inherent god to be realized within vide meditation!
i found this thru Twitter. I have recently been asking for spiritual guidance & do not see it as coincidence that i found this site in it's early stages of production. i am intrigued by all aspects of spirituality & am one who feels science & spirituality are more connected than separate. I am an active Freemason. I like to learn about ancient cultures & their spiritual practices - 'good' & 'evil'. I truly think we are all connected via a collective, higher dimensional, shared consciousness. Although we may not be able to perceive reality from higher dimensions (yet), it does not negate the fact that we transcend dimensional boundaries.
These are my opinions & don't ask that u subscribe. As long as everyone here can respect one an others opinions & cordially agree to disagree, then i will most likely stick around.
Joseph, I also agree that science and religion are more connected than separate.
I used to be a Rosicrucian and have been thinking about rejoining.
"The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for behold, the kingdom of God is within you. (Luke 17: 20, 21)
Present. All a ya'all are so bright, I gotta wear shades! Can't wait to catch, through osmosis, new ideas to put into practice.
I come willing to catch on to practical works for beneficial use.(You have what I want)
We live in an awesome Turning Point era, in my opinion, and it is cool to be a part of it today.
If we are awakening, I'm going to keep an open mind.

That is my way of saying high! Whow are Yhoo! I am ridiculous. Hope you don't mind me on your team. We are one team in my opinion. So please be patient with me as we grow apart yet together.
Nice to meet another eclectic person. I bet, you'll feel at home here very soon. Blessings to you, too. Have a good day.
