Buy a variety of cake. Then with a group of friends turn up unexpectedly ( like a flashmob) at a public place, eg. shopping mall. Then hand out FREE cake to anyone you see. :)
I have a coworker who has a teenage son with autism. Every evening he bathes his son, who loves how "daddy" massages his back. His vocation as a father is a very thankless one. So I got him the gift of a healing massage to return the physical act of love he gives to his son. He had never had a massage before. I was more excited than he was!
