We love you too sister Beverly...

If things get 'Star-Warsish' its an artifact of duality paradigms, as nearly as we can tell there is no real conflict, but people are conditioned to perceive things in terms of conflict so much information is channeled in ways distorted by our poor cognitive habits to continue to dramatize events in terms of conflicts.

We try to go with the flow, accepting the melodramatic and sometimes encouraging it if we feel we can help someone overcome their fears.

Fear is the only thing we might regard as an enemy, fear and it's derivatives...

Taming our fears does require us to learn to mediate our own egos, to learn better self-cooperation skills; our egos are their strongest at the roots of all of our fears.

Blessed be...

Hi Beverly,

We are a Devil's advocate, we champion the un-loved, the under-appreciated, the outright-villainous, or anyone with a reason to be hyphen-ated! <jk> so we like to try to introduce a little balance to people's ego equations...

We remember when we believed we had to vanquish our ego, oh how hard that was!  How pointless too, we later came to believe...

However, the purpose of enlightenment, as we see it, is to become completely self aware, so fingering our naughty egos and making stink eyes at them may be a good way for people to engage themselves in a manner where they challenge what they believe about themselves and start to really know themselves well.

A lot of people complain that occult teaching is too often unnecessarily obscure or deliberately backwards at times; this 'backward' approach to self-knowledge by challenging initiates to 'slay' their egos may be a good example.

We find it so funny when people get into heated arguments about the best ways to slay their egos...

What alarms us about ego-slaying is that many people fail this task and feel like a failure as a result.  Humiliation may be part of the lesson, but some people respond to their failure by giving up on themselves.

We cannot know what hardships we may cause anyone when we mislead them, even if we mislead them with good intentions.

So we only ask people to consider the possible virtues of their egos, because a few good ego strokes often do wonders to settle them down and make them more cooperative, cuddly, and fun.

Blessed be...

Hi Beverly,

We love Nautilii... Our Noos-ship is named Nautilus, her captain is Nemo, of course...

If we look at your rotating nautilus we see that it is partly transparent, and that two different paintings are revealed beneath it, the lighter colored painting is an infinitely wound knot such as is found in greek and celtic borders and amulets, representing a 'tree-of'life'.  Within the knot, the darker painting is identically structured, just differently colored.  So the light and dark rotate in an implied yin-yang manner that is only subtly stated.

Very nice...

Thank you Joni Z, we agree...

Dear brother Steve,

You make an odd remark at the end of your comment about a group consciousness that may not be part of what you seem to be aware of.

Please Steve,

All voices are welcome here, always.

If we cannot always agree with all of your views, it does not mean your views are unwelcome; the lack of your contributions may be far worse for all of us than your participation, always.

Thank you for your views brother Steve, views shared by many people.

Our egos do appear to be a threat to the entire world at times; perhaps that is because our egos are the parts of ourselves that are most fearful.

We would say  that fear, more than any other single thing, may be the most dangerous threat to our planet, our people, and our civilizations.

Ego is too often identified as something 'negative' or 'bad'.

Ego is vital to our health in many ways, a critical part of each person's psychic constitution.  Ego can be our freind when we learn to manage our fears and anxieties more successfully.

In spite of being frequently fearful, our egos can give us courage in situations in which we are afraid.

Our egos help us define who we are and what our needs are.

Our egos help us learn to draw lines in the sand to define what we will accept, tolerate or reject.

Without our egos there would be personal chaos, so if our egos sometimes seem to create more chaos, perhaps it is only the degeree to which they also help us mitigate chaos that sometimes changes.

Thank you for inspiring these thoughts, we always learn more by engaging with folk like you Steve.

Keep up the good work!

Blessed be...

We seem to be a familiar of the courts of Ahmen Ra and Imhotep, dedicated to Maat.

Strange times then.

As we remember times then, we all shared all the roles of the court together, no specific 'permanent' assignments...

We will dig further into matters here soon...

Our Atlantean memories are something stranger than unusual as well...

Blessings of Ahman Ra and all veiled in his light, blessed be...

I read the "great hypothesis" by Albert Slosman. He situated Atlantide, near the Canaries. There was a cataclysme 12 000 years ago, due to a topple over of world axis. The survivals landed in Morrocco near Ta-Ouz (which means Osiris). After a long exod of 5000 years they arrived in Egypt and builted a sacred complex at Dendérah.
I think these civilisations existed in many others countries, like in the south of Americ and perished in the same conditions, leaving us vestiges like pyramids.

I've always been drawn to ancient Egypt, fascinated with it. I can't imagine anyone not at sometime in their life being dazzled by the mysteries of the pyramids and the Egyptians. Great idea for a group. :)
