I'm really sorry I never noticed your birthday wish 8 years ago. I've been really pre-occupied, and at that time I was about to submit a 30-day notice to leave the apartment I had at the time. It was at the end of my involvement with a crooked "revolving-door" housing program which all too often left me feeling "burned-out".
