Thought I might share more fun conversations I've had with those I hear. :)

-Hello Nova!  We sense you are open to hearing us so we are chiming in to say we are here, we never have left.

Nice to hear you guys again!  Today has been one of those days.  

-You have forced distraction away that allows us to come forth.  For once, in your brief hiatus our thoughts and your fingers at a keyboard are in sync!

Very funny.  But all too true!  Too many times I have thoughts, but nowhere to write things down as I hear and often forget what was said.  No matter how hard I try your voices do not come back.

-Why try?  Sometimes what is said is not for you to write down but to just understand and besides, like you we like idle conversation.  Not everything has to be all serious and teaching all the time.

Okay I get your point.  And I do have to agree.  There are times I just like the companionship and not necessarily trying to understand the wonders of the universe.

-You are always wondering about the universe.. when you are not focused on your physical life.  Which of course is what you need to do!  Balance is always key.

But at times I can move too deeply into one aspect of focus and not keep myself balanced.  

-There is no wrong way or right way to do things.  It all will work out just as it should.  As you know, we are always there working with you even if you don't always hear us.  

You know, that is the thing.  I know this.. but for a person like me who can have idle chit chat with you guys, it can sometimes become concerning to not hear anything.  Not even crickets!  But long silence.  Which brings me to this, you guys aren't always serious and in teach mode.

-No, that would make us so one dimensional!  If that was all we did, no one would want to come home!  We would seem so boring!  Although we choose not to incarnate at this time but be your guide, teacher, mentors doesn't mean we are dole and boring.  We are just as dynamic in personality as you all are in personality as physical incarnates.

Which I found funny and quite surprising when I first discovered I always could hear you.  And here I just thought you all were my imagination at first!

-It was actually quite amusing to us.  Here we were all your life, helping you out and yet when it finally dawned on you who we were, you were quite surprised by our personality which you knew very well all your life.

Well I sort of had an idea that guides were all, love and light and angelic and wise and ...

-We get it.. you thought we would be serious all the time, guiding through a loving hand (which we do), we wore robes and had halos on top of our heads and wings.

Yes! haha, it was quite amusing when you all showed up in bed sheets half hazardly wrapped around your bodies with cardboard wings and a halo glued to a wire and the goofy grins.

-Not as amusing it was for us to see the look of recognition for the first time upon your being.  It was the "you were always there and you never told me?" kind of sense.  We were actually excited that you figured it out!  What a celebration that was.  

You all do party quite a lot when I'm not looking.

-It's not really a party but a celebration.  Look we are proud of your accomplishments just as you are proud of your children's accomplishments.  You celebrate too!  And just like you, when you are concerned about your children, we have same feelings for you.  You don't give up on your children and neither do we.  It is all part of our spirit of who we truly are.  The only difference is, we don't have the human emotional element to deal with as you do, so we don't experience, fear, anger, hatred, because that is not part of who we truly are, but an aspect of being in a physical body and the preservation of that human body to experience physical life for your entire duration of your physical life.  Well anger isn't a part of the survival trait, but it is indeed part of the physical human trait.  Anyways moving on, since we do not have human attributes to deal with being without body and all, we are able to tend to you as you deserve to be attended to.  With love and a guiding hand to help you through your life and to be there when its time for you to return.

So do you feel frustration?

That we do indeed, but again not in the same way you would expect.  Our frustration never leads to fear, anger or hatred.  When we know you aren't getting the message that you need from us, frustration can and sometimes does for us, sets in.  But all it does is make us work harder to reach you to find new ways of getting your attention especially when you have completely lost the ability to sense us.  Just because you can't sense us doesn't mean we aren't there for you.  In fact the opposite is true, we are working over time in finding new ways to get your attention.  For you frustration can bring about entirely different sets of emotions that we won't experience here.  Frustration for you can bring about fears, anger and even just plain giving up.  But trust us, when we have reached you and you got the message even if it means dropping that message right at your doorstep, we celebrate.  Frustration is gone and its replaced with, yes! They finally got it!

Now say I'm not able to hear you as in conversation as we are right now, how could you reach me when I have no idea you are there guiding me?

-We guides have so many ways to reach you it could boggle your mind.  Pardon the pun, but it was there so we used it.  Sometimes it is as easy as placing a thought in your mind.  Other times it can be through dreams or just drawing your attention to a certain item or instance.  Sometimes we use animals to convey a meaning, but again that is drawing your attention to them.  You see, the thing is we don't have to speak to you to do what we agreed to do.  All these different tools work really well for those who don't believe in guides or has absolutely no concept or understanding what guides are.  In fact, many of these tools we use to help guide you through life, are the same things those who have finished their physical lives use to reach their loved ones to let them know they are okay and are back home again.  

In suggesting thoughts for people, often they can call it a eureka moment or a light bulb moment.  For people like you Nova, we often have a lot of fun since we know you might recognize it as a suggestion and not just a random thought coming out of nowhere.  You catch us in the act and of course, when you ask, we can't help but answer back.

Well you can't lie!

-There is no reason to lie.  How many times have we said.. its us!  and you didn't even believe that?  Hmm?

Self doubt mode?

-Well are you doubting us now?

Depends if I want to explain it away as just random thoughts and a very over active imagination that talks back!

-Do you really want to go there?  Of course you always have the choice to not believe and attribute it to your wonderful mind!  We don't mind, we are still doing our agreed upon job effectively, you heard us and what we were trying to convey to you.  If you want to believe it is your imagination, then good, we aren't going to be offended.

But that is what makes you guys so cool!  When I do snap out of the "it's all my imagination mode"  you always smile.  And then tease me.  Which is okay because of the way it is all done.  I know the intent, you guys make that clear its not to tear me down.  But in a way I rather like the light moments since it helps me relate to you all so much easier.

-We are all the same when it comes down to who we really are.  But we are all just as varied in personality as you all are in physical life.  Now if a person needs a very serious guide, that comes across angelic and divine all the time, then indeed that is the best way to deliver the message to that person.  But don't let that Angelic face fool you, they will celebrate like the rest of us when they see the person they are guiding accomplish something they set out to accomplish.  Yes even without a body we can dance too.

You know I kind of like that you all have personalities.  Each distinct and each their own.

-You and us all sister!  Try to imagine us all with the same tone and voice?

I rather not.  I like the idea that we can keep our personalities.  

-Actually, the personality you have now is a blend of all the personalities you have had before infused into the personality of the body you are in.  When you get back here, your personality that is the defining point of you blends in and merges with the personality you have developed here, so in essence.. no you don't lose your personality, in fact you add to your personality as a whole.  And that will be carried forward to any other physical lives you choose to incarnate in.

Hmm... which is curious for me.  What if a person chose to be mean to others in life?  Does that personality carry forward?

-Don't confuse actions and choices with the personality of a person as a whole.  No one, I mean no one, is mean all the time even in their life.  They love things, they do things they enjoy, those traits will move forward with them.  Their choices of being mean will be addressed when they get back here.  Because remember when you get back here, you leave behind, fear, anger and hate as they are part of your human form as those traits are no longer needed.  This is where us as guides really kicks in, we help those we guide to come to understanding of why they did what they did and sometimes it is us comforting that person for often they were mean to those people they loved and they come down really hard on themselves.  It is true when you say, 'we are our own worst critic'.

Ahh okay I think I understand.  Well maybe not fully, but I'll work on it.  Maybe for a future chit chat.
