Most people aren't. Flesh often hinders the spirit, believe me, not all my connections have been as sacred and divine as I would like them to be, but when you truly can connect with one of your soul mates in this world flesh to flesh and overcome all the insecurities of the flesh our society imbeds in us and let your spirits mingle as well... that is a transcendent experience, in, and out, of body.

I was lucky to have memory and knowledge of one of my soul mates in this world, and we reconnected as soon as we reached adult hood. We've been together since, he's my husband and soul mate, Wolfe. He's on the site, but not active here, his other interests keep him busy.

I believe we are all each others soul mates, or can be, we are all a perfect whole divine flame, a spark of a greater infinite divine flame, and we can merge and combine that flame with that of any other... it takes only love. which is in itself a return to source.

Those are just my personal meanderings from my own experiences... and subject to change, and error. *smile*

Wow Turukai what an intense experience, thanks for sharing.

I think the sense of 'cold' when dealing with an entity is a strong signal that they must feed off of ambient energy and therefore will more than likely feed of our 'warmth'/'energy' if given the opportunity. I'm always quick to up the protection of my own energy at any hint of feeling coldness.

Sounds to me like a very genuine encounter, especially with the history of the house experiences you had had and the reactions of the cat, etc.

Interesting, coincidentally 'Katt' has been my 'handle' since I was 13, and I used it as my name online for many years, most of my friends call me Katt. Your Kat sounds a bit heavier handed than my consciousness though. Not that I can't be very sadistic, but only when the other person has made it more than evident that for them it's the desired interplay, as much as taking someone begging to be taken to those places is intoxicating for me, the same actions if pushed on non-consensually is something that revolts me to the core.

AmenMaatRa, I have no idea if I qualify for anyone's definition of a purified mind, unlikely, *laugh*. But I do know that as soon as I willed the entity/encounters to stop they did. Mind you I've been a lucid dreamer since puberty.

Persephone, for sure, I hadn't thought about the experience for a while. I decided to just pop it in a blog here rather than start a forum thread for it, and keep it in the Spirit group. Keep the discussion focus on the Pagan Underworld Thread.
